Adv. Ruhi’s professional journey as a lawyer was full of challenges but her positive attitude and never say die attitude has got her a long way from being a trainee associate to a founder of a law firm. Adv. Ruhi has a wide array of experience in the legal and management field and during her varied career she has gained profound knowledge on Drafting and conveyancing, Arguments and Pleadings, Independent Evaluation, Refined Research; Effective negotiation and communication, Litigation Management as well as Client Management. Currently, she is the founder and partner of AT LEGAL firm which is one of its kind law firm led by all women.
Adv Ruhi is a legal practitioner with practice in civil and criminal litigation matters. Her expertise includes negotiable instruments and personal family law, primarily handling matters about domestic violence, sexual harassment, and divorce. She also holds proficiency in dealing with Litigation and non-litigation matters like Property Matters: Partitions Suits, Declarations, injunctions, land laws, tenancy, title disputes, transfer of property, etc, Commercial Matters, and Arbitration Applications and has garnered a lot of recognition and accolades for the same.
She has a wide judicial diaspora and hence also has represented the Firm in the proceedings at Specialized Tribunals and Forums like National Green Tribunal (NGT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Consumer Dispute Redressed Commission, and Labour Court. She had been part of national and international conferences held on Human Rights, Environment Protection, Un enumerated Fundamental Rights under the Indian Constitution, Educational Laws, etc. She had been part of organizations like ALERT (Association For Leadership Education, Research & Training, Pune and SMILE (Savitri Marketing Institution for Ladies Empowerment) which work towards social issues like Global Warming, Climate change, Women Empowerment, and elevation. Adv Ruhi’s practical knowledge and intention to make a difference in society has enabled her with immense success in legal know-how.
